Seth contends Brooklyn doesn't really count as a start of the roadtrip because geographically, I hadn't even left Long Island from the Hamptons. Well, I spent an hour, that's right, an entire Hour, crossing the Whitestone Bridge. From there, it was a fairly straight shot up to my Mom's place in Connecticut. So I've finally arrived, and posted some pictures of Lower Madison Lake behind her house for your viewing pleasure.
